Students will be equipped with applied knowledge, skills, and competencies related to the establishment of a Paralegal Advice Centre, including the preparation of its constitution, the budgeting process, and the development of financial plans. The module also covers the registration of a Paralegal Advice Centre as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO), the regulation and recognition of paralegals, and the importance of aligning such centres with developments in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Upon successful completion, students will be able to establish, register, and effectively run a Paralegal Advice Centre within their communities.
