Chapter 3: The application of governance and e-governance principles in the workplace: The areas covered include features and principles of good governance, multiple roles of public employees and leadership styles that promotes good governance, information quality as a critical aspect of e-governance, indicators of poor governance and tools for enhancing good governance.

Chapter 4: Generic ethical values and principles and their application at the workplace: The areas covered include definition of values and their significance, categories of values, unethical behaviours regarded as unacceptable at the workplace, factors that contribute to unethical behaviours and measures for handling unethical behaviours.
