| Purpose: To equip students with knowledge, skills and attitudes to analyse and solve well-defined problems relating to the law of persons (including the beginning and end of legal personality and factors that affect a personﾒs status) in South Africa. The module incorporates aspects of transformative constitutionalism, Ubuntu, social responsibility, graduateness and humanisation within the context of the law of persons. | |||
