Inbond/outbound voice calling issues (Teams and Zoom Contact Centre)

We are currently experiencing issues with inbound and outbound voice calls, which is affecting Teams and the Contact Centre. The issue has been escalated to Telkom for troubleshooting. Regular updates will be shared as soon as they are received.
