Dr Matumelo Dorothy Kola is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of South Africa (UNISA) in the School of Interdisciplinary Research and Graduate Studies (SIRGS) under the mentorship of Professor Patrick Ngulube. Dr Kola holds a PhD in Management Studies. Her scholarly work focuses on job design strategies, organisational behaviour, knowledge management, learning and development, and the integration of digital technologies in higher education. With over 10 years of experience in academia, she has served as a lecturer in Human Resource Management using work-integrated learning, a mentor, and a researcher specialising in mixed-method research approaches. She is committed to advancing scholarly work in addressing nuanced challenges in areas of work, business, learning, and various contexts impacted by emerging technologies.
