Dr Betty Sebati (PhD) is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Interdisciplinary Research and Graduate Studies (SIRGS) at the University of South Africa, under the mentorship of Professor Anthony Brown. She holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of Johannesburg and an MSc in Physiology from the University of Limpopo. She has over 7 years of progressive academic and research experience and demonstrates strong expertise in both communicable as well as non-communicable diseases. Her research interests include HIV research among key and vulnerable populations, the HIV care cascade, sexual and reproductive health, epidemiology, implementation science, cardiovascular risk, and mixed-method research among others.
