Dr. Nthabeleng Malope is a passionate community leader, researcher and advocate for impactful public health systems. Her research work- including an extensive study on recruitment and selection processes within the Sedibeng District Municipality-reflects her commitment to evidence-based practice and strengthening the capacity of frontline health systems.
