Dr. Nthabeleng Malope is a passionate community leader, researcher and advocate for impactful public health systems. Driven by purpose, resilience, and a deep belief in services, she has dedicated her career to strengthening Community Health Workers programmes and improving service delivery within local government structures.
With a strong background in public governance, community engagement and programme evaluation, Nthabeleng has led initiatives that foster unity, empowerment, and sustainable change. Her research work- including an extensive study on recruitment and selection processes within the Sedibeng District Municipality-reflects her commitment to evidence-based practice and strengthening the capacity of frontline health systems.
