Applications include electronics, memory storage devices, and energy conversion and storage devices. This niche area utilizes several highly specialized research equipment.
The research focuses on electronic, physical and thermal properties of materials. Applications include electronics, high-temperature and solar technology industries. This niche area utilizes advanced programming, specialized computational software, and the in-house High-Performance Computing facility for simulations.
The research focuses on quantum mechanical properties of atomic, nuclear and particle systems. Applications span Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. This niche area involves designing models, deriving dynamical equations, and devising and validating numerical methods in physics.
